My Weekday Morning Routine
WORKOUT
I try my best if my schedule allows for it, to fit in a workout to start my day. Current workout favs: Peloton, Rocksalt Pilates, Barry’s Bootcamp, Rumble Boxing
BEAUTY ROUTINE (HAIR)
If I’m super sweaty post workout, I’ll fully wash my hair with shampoo & conditioner. However, a tip I got from my hairstylist Lena from Steel + Lacquer was instead of using my regular shampoo & conditioner everyday, which can be damaging to my scalp and hair, she recommended I use Oribe Cleansing Creme. Game changer - trust me.
If I can get away with not having to wash my hair, dry shampoo it is and I use Oribe
BREAKFAST
I’m always rushing out the door, so if I don’t have a chance to drink a Fab Four Smoothie (Check out Be Well By Kelly to learn more) or eat something at home, I’ll be sure to eat something high-protein at the office (boiled eggs or something healthy from a foodtruck or restaurant near my office)
Coffee: Always. I take it with almond milk, no sugar.
