Who knew that in 2020 we would be living through the craziness of Bill Murray’s Ground Hog day in 2020. I know I didn’t think this would happen.

I hope everybody is staying well both mentally and physically during all of these changes. 

I know everybody is being affected by coronavirus in some way as we are directed to practice social distancing. 

Well, as beings who need socializing to survive, there’s no doubt that this has been getting to people’s physical and mental health! So I wanted to share a new app I’ve been trying lately called Bloom. 

It is essentially a therapist in your pocket which could not be more necessary right now as appointments get converted to video calls, get postponed, or even get cancelled.

Over the course of this insanity, I’ve been using the app for a couple weeks now and I wanted to make sure that this was something I could confidently recommend to you based on my own experience. 

I’m happy to say that after using it almost everyday since signing up, I’ve seen a difference in my mood and overall approach to my own self-wellness.
